Leo Novsky, a political refugee from the Soviet Union, rebuilt his life as a professor of Entrepreneurship, an Executive Communication Coach, and a non-profit leader helping individuals find purpose and potential after incarceration.

 

Victor Sauceda, a formerly incarcerated individual, defied the odds to become a software engineer and social entrepreneur, empowering justice-impacted individuals through technology, education, and systemic change.

 

Their lives intersected in 2018 when Leo met Victor as his student in a prison entrepreneurship program. That life-changing encounter grew into a partnership rooted in the belief that no one’s past defines their future.
